To a solution of compound 27 (815 mg, 4.08 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) were added t-butyldimethylsilyl chloride (738 mg, 4.9 mmol) amd imidazole (556 mg, 8.16 mmol). The thus obtained solution was stirred at room temperature for 6 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel eluting with 15% to 50% to give the compound 28 as a white solid (1.087 g, 85%). LCMS-ESI (POS), M/Z, M+1: Found 314.1, Calculated 314.1.
