To ethyl 3-(3-ethyl-1-((6-methylpyridin-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indazol-4-ylcarbamoyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-7-carboxylate (201 mg, 0.417 mmol; prepared as in Example 23) in THF (20 mL) was added lithium aluminum hydride (47.4 mg, 1.25 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight, quenched with sodium sulfate decahydrate, filtered through Celite and the filter pad was washed with EtOAc. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the product (156 mg).
