Using the same reaction conditions as in Example 14, 1-(4-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-imidazolidin-2-one (I-14b: 100 mg, 0.5649 mmol) was reacted with 5-bromo-1-methyl-1H-indazole (142 mg, 0.6794 mmol), 1,4-dioxane (15 mL), copper iodide (10 mg, 0.0526 mmol), trans-L2-diamino cyclohexane (19 mg, 0.1666 mmol) and potassium phosphate (36 mg, 1.698 mmol) to afford the crude product. Purification by column chromatography on silica gel (2% MeOH in CHCl3) afforded 57 mg of the product (32.94% yield).
