1-Benzothiazol-6-yl-3-(4-chloro-pyridin-3-yl)-imidazolidin-2-one (I-180a: 150 mg, 0.4534 mmol) was reacted with (1-methyl-piperidin-4-yl)-methanol (88 mg, 0.6801 mmol), KOH (101 mg, 1.8138 mmol), K2CO3 (63 mg, 0.4534 mmol) and toluene (6 mL) to afford crude product. Purification by column chromatography on silica gel (10% MeOH in CHCl3), followed by preparative HPLC afforded 10 mg of the product (5% yield).
