A solution of 145 mg of (E)-3-{4-[5-(2-fluoro-phenoxy)-oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]-phenyl}-acrylic acid tert-butyl ester in 2 ml of dichloromethane and 1 ml of trifluoroacetic acid was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 h. Then the mixture was concentrated in vacuo and freeze-dried. 154 mg of the title compound were obtained. LC/MS (method LC1): Rt=1.25 min; m/z=378.08 [M+H]+
