From 7-(3,5-dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)-6-methoxy-N4-(1-methoxypropan-2-yl)quinoline-3,4-diamine (70 mg) and 1,1-dimethylethyl (2-isothiocyanatoethyl)carbamate (50 mg). The crude product isolated was treated with TFA (2 ml) in DCM (10 ml), the mixture stirred for 1 h, then evaporated in vacuo. The residue was dissolved in DMSO (1 ml) and purified by MDAP (HpH) to give the title compound as a beige solid (4.5 mg, 4%).
