The title compound was prepared according to the method described for Example 34 at 50° C. using 2-{5-[(5-{[(4-chlorophenyl)acetyl]amino}pyridin-3-yl)carbonyl]-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl}propanoic acid (Example 354) and methylamine. Purification was accomplished by preparative HPLC (method 1) to afford the title compound.
