The title compound was prepared according to the method described for Example 1 with DIPEA using (2-amino-7-isopropyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)(5-aminopyridin-3-yl)methanone (Preparation 122) and (5-bromopyridin-2-yl)acetic acid to afford the title compound as a colourless oil in 57% yield, 75 mg.
