As described for example 191, 6-[3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid (100 mg, 0.29 mmol) was converted, instead of 6-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid, using 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol instead of 2-aminoethyl isopropylether, to the title compound (37 mg, 30%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=416.2 [M+H]+.
