As described for example 98b, 6-[3-(5-chloro-pyridin-2-yl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid (56 mg, 0.16 mmol) was converted, instead of 6-[3-(3-chloro-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid, using 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol instead of 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine, to the title compound (36 mg, 53%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=417.3 [M+H]+.
