As described for example 162b, 6-(3-pyridin-2-yl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid (70 mg, 0.24 mmol) was converted using 4-aminotetrahydropyran instead of ethanolamine to the title compound (SiO2, heptane:ethyl acetate=50:50 to 0:100, 89 mg, 99%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=381.5 [M+H]+.
