Procedure
A mixture of 169B (0.88 g, 2.7 mmol), dry acetonitril (10 mL), potassium carbonate (0.41 g, 2.9 mmol) and methyl iodide (0.88 g, 6.2 mmol) is stirred overnight at room temperature. The solids are removed by filtration. The motherliquor is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue obtained is purified by flash chromatography (ethyl acetate/petrol ether 2/8) to yield the product as a brown oil (0.23 g).
