This compound was prepared from 4-[3-(tert-butoxycarbonyl-pyridin-3-ylmethyl-amino)-propoxy]-3-methyl-benzofuran-2-carboxylic acid (Example 139-a) and isonicotinic acid hydrazine in a similar manner to Example 139-b and 139-c. Yellow solid. ESI-MS: m/z 460 (MH+), 1H-NMR (CD3OD) δ: 2.11 (2H, tt, J=5.8, 7.3 Hz), 2.66 (3H, s), 2.90 (2H, t, J=7.3 Hz), 3.89 (2H, s), 4.21 (2H, t, J=5.8 Hz), 6.78 (1H, d, J=7.9 Hz), 7.13 (1H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 7.37 (2H, m), 7.86 (1H, m), 7.89 (2H, dd, J=1.7, 4.5 Hz), 8.43 (1H, m), 8.54 (1H, m), 8.74 (2H, dd, J=1.7, 4.5 Hz).
