To a solution of tert-butyl 2-(N-(2-chlorophenyl)-4,5-dihydrobenzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]oxepine-2-carboxamido)ethylcarbamate (0.022 g, 0.36 mmol)/in DCM (0.400 mL, 4.93 mmol) was added a solution of 95% TFA/5% water. The reaction was monitored by LC/MS for desired product. Reaction mix concentrated in vacuo, taken into EA and washed with H2O, dried (Na2SO4), concentrated and crude purified by preparative RP-HLPC to give 131 (yield=98% of theoretical). MS: (ESI+) 400.1
