40 mg 2-piperazin-1-yl-pyrimidine was added to 70 mg (2,4-diphenyl-imidazol-1-yl)-acetic acid, 80 mg TBTU, 50 μL TEA in 1 mL DMF. The reaction was stirred overnight at RT. The mixture was purified by HPLC to give 50 mg desired product.
