Reaction Steps
The product was prepared from 2-fluoro-4-iodo-benzoic acid (EP-A-0327190) and N,O-dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride by a similar method to Preparation 30, as a yellow oil, b.p. 120-122° C. (0.5 mmHg), which was characterised by NMR. 1H-NMR (300OMHz, CDCl3): δ=3.44(s,3H), 3.53(s,3H), 7.14(t,1H), 7.51(d,1H), 7.56(dd,1H) ppm.
