PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared by the method described in Example 38 from 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-8,9-dimethyl-3-(2-oxopropyl)-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridin-5-one (7.3 g, 0.026 moles) and dimethylamine (10.0 g, 0.22 moles). Several recrystallizations from acetonitrile yielded the product as the free base (0.7 g) mp 105°-107° C.
