After adding 200 ml of phosphorus oxychloride to 20 g of the 6-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ol synthesized in Production Example 153-2, the mixture was stirred at 140° C. for 3 hours and the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and the reaction mixture was concentrated. Ice water was added to the residue, and liquid separation and extraction were performed with an ethyl acetate:tetrahydrofuran (5:1) mixed solvent. The organic layer was washed with water and saturated brine, dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated to dryness to obtain 12 g of the title compound.
