4-(6-Chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenylamine (663 mg, 3.00 mmol) and phenyl isocyanate (393 mg, 3.30 mmol) were stirred in dimethylformamide (5 ml) at room temperature for 18 hours. The reaction solution was poured into water and the precipitated crystals were filtered out, washed with water and ethanol and blow-dried to obtain the title compound (988 mg, 2.91 mmol, 97%) as colorless crystals.
