5-(2-(4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z)-Docosa-4,7,10,13,16,19-hexaenamido-3-phenylpropanamido)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid was prepared in a similar fashion as 5-(2-(4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z)-docosa-4,7,10,13,16,19-hexaenamido-4-methylpentanamido)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid, using the appropriate phenylalanine starting material. Mass calculated for C38H46N2O5=610.78; found: [M−H]+=609.3.
