1.5 ml of TFA were added to a solution of 70 mg of (2S)-3-(2-methyl-7-[3-(1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-pyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoyl)-propyl]-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-2-(4-bromobenzenesulfonylamino)-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (example 5b) in 5 ml of DCM and stirred for 2 h at room temperature. Solvent and TFA were removed in vacuo, the residue was lyophilized from AcOH/H2O (1:1). Yield: 76 mg.
