Procedure
150 mg (1 mmol) of 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid were dissolved in 2 ml of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone and, at 0° C., 1 ml (1.2 mmol) of the 2-chloro-4-fluorobenzoyl isocyanate/dichloromethane solution prepared in stage a was added. The resulting precipitate was filtered off with suction. The crude mixture (500 mg) was purified by column chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol=98/2 to 93/7). 80 mg (25%) of the desired product were obtained.
