Reaction Steps
Prepared in two steps according to the procedures described in EXAMPLE 44 (Steps 2 and 3) but using {2-fluoro-5-[6-(1-methanesulfonyl-1-methyl-ethyl)-quinolin-8-yl]-benzyl}-(4-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-amine from EXAMPLE 61 (Step 4) as the starting material. Flash chromatography (CH2Cl2:EtOAc; 3:7) afforded the title compound as a foam.
