Prepared from (4-iodo-2-nitro-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example A1) and 4-fluoro-2-methoxymethoxybenzene boronic acid [prepared from 1-bromo-4-fluoro-2-(methoxymethoxy)benzene (CAS-no. 162269-78-5) by reaction with n-BuLi at −78° C. followed by treatment with B(OMe)3 and subsequent hydrolysis] according to the general procedure B. Obtained as a yellow solid (0.96 g).
