Prepared from 4-(3-iodophenyl)-8-phenylethynyl-1,3-dihydro-benzo[b][1,4]diazepin-2-one (Example 11) (231 mg, 0.5 mmol) and trimethylsilylacetylene (0.4 mL, 1.0 mmol) according to the general procedure F. Obtained as a light brown solid (102 mg).
