This compound was prepared as described for Example 10, using 1-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-piperazine (1.01 g, 5.33 mmol), and 804 mg (1.79 mmol) of [(2R)-8-methyl-2,3-dihydro[1,4]dioxino[2,3-f]quinolin-2-yl]methyl 4-bromobenzene-sulfonate, to afford 404 mg (68%) of the title compound as a white foam: mp 118–120° C.; MS (ESI) m/z404 [M+H]+.
