75 mg (0.235 mmol) of the sodium salt from example 2 were dissolved in 2.5 ml DMF. 85 mg (0.265 mmol) TOTU in 2.5 ml DMF were added and stirred for 30 min at rt. Then 34 μl (0.265 mmol) NEM and 53.7 mg (0.265 mmol) of (S)-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-ethylamine in 0.5 ml of DMF was added and the mixture stirred at rt overnight. After filtration, the filtrate was evaporated to dryness and purified by prep. RP-HPLC.
