To a solution of 1.0 g (2.98 mrnol) of the product of Step C in 3.0 mL of THF was added 3.57 mL (3.57 mmol) of 1.0 N solution of tetrabutylammonium fluoride in THF. After 15 minutes TLC indicated that the reaction was complete. The reaction mixture was concentrated and then purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, hexane/ethyl acetate 3:1) to give 1.13 g of the title compound.
