Reaction Steps
To a solution prepared from 8-[3-[4-(3-methoxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]propyloxy]-8-azaspiro[4.5]decan-7,9-dione (5.0 g), 300 ml of CH3OH and 100 CH2Cl2 was added NaBH4 (1.8 g) with stirring. The mixture was stirred at room temperature.
