16 mg of 5-[2-(1H-pyrazol-4-ylamino)pyrimidin-4-yl]-2-(tetrahydropyran-4-yloxy)benzonitrile are dissolved in 1 ml of dried acetonitrile in a 50 ml flask provided with magnetic stirrer, condenser and drying tube, 9 mg of bromoethyl methyl ether and 28 mg of Cs2CO3 are added, and the suspension is stirred at a bath temperature of 90° C. The reaction mixture is stirred at 90° C. for 5 hours and at room temperature overnight.
