To a crude mixture of t-butyl 6-(5-carbamoylthiazol-2-yl)pyridazin-3-yl((1-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclobutyl)methyl)carbamate (141 mg, crude) in DCM (6 mL) was added TFA (2 mL) at rt. The reaction mixture was further stirred at rt for 2 hr followed by concentration to dryness. The crude mixture was purified on RP-HPLC using a mixture of acetonitrile and H2O to provide the title compound as a pale yellow solid (98.5 mg, 99% for 2 steps), LRMS (M+H+) m/z 385.2.
