Reaction Steps

10A (9.96 g, 26.43 mmol) was dissolved in AcOH (50 mL) and H3PO4 (50 mL). The solution was refluxed for 2 hours. TLC monitored the reaction. After the reaction completed, the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and poured into water (200 mL) The brown precipitates were collected by filtration and dried to give product 10B (10.8 g), which was used for the next step directly.
