To a solution of N-(4-((2-aminopyridin-4-yl)oxy)-3-fluorophenyl)-1,5-dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (90 mg, 0.21 mmol) in acetic anhydride (6 mL) was added Et3N (0.3 mL). The reaction was stirred at rt for 8 hours, then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by a silica gel column chromatography (DCM/MeOH (v/v)=10/1) to give the title compound as a white solid (53 mg, 49%).
