Reaction Steps
Following the procedure described in Example 1, and substituting Compound 1C3 in Step (3) with 4-(4-nitroisothiazol-5-yl)morpholine (6C6) (500 mg, 2.32 mmol) the compound 6D8 (300 mg, 1.62 mmol) was obtained.
