A suspension of 5-(3-(2-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)isoxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-7-yl)pyrimidin-4-ol (5.0 mg, 0.015 mmol) in phosphorus oxychloride (100 μl, 1.073 mmol) was heated at 90° C. for 1 h, then allowed to cool to room temperature. The solvent was evaporated to give the title compound (5.3 mg, 100%).
