The title compound was prepared from 3-(6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-ylthio)aniline from Example 115B (94 mg, 0.3 mmol) and 4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl isocyanate (42 uL, 0.3 mmol) using the procedure in Example 182 to give 1-(3-(6,7-dimethoxyquinazolin-4-ylthio)phenyl)-3-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)urea (130 mg, 0.26 mmol, 87%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.19 (s, 1H), 9.03 (s, 1H), 8.70 (s, 1H), 7.83 (s, 1H), 7.68-7.60 (m, 4H), 7.56 (d, 1H), 7.44 (t, 1H), 7.35 (d, 2H), 7.27 (d, 1H), 3.99 (s, 6H); LC-MS (ESI) m/z 501 (M+H)+.
