To a solution containing 2.88 g (11.02 mmol) of the product prepared in step 20.2 and 2.1 mL (15.0 mmol) of triethylamine in 55 mL of CH2Cl2 are added 1.40 mL (16.53 mmol) of cyanuric fluoride. The mixture is stirred at room temperature overnight and washed twice with 50 mL of ice-cold aqueous NaHCO3 solution. The organic phase is washed with 75 mL of ice-cold water and dried over MgSO4. The solvent is then evaporated off under reduced pressure. 3.0 g of the expected product are obtained in the form of a yellow solid. The yield is quantitative.
