Following Example 109, 247.2 mg (0.6 mmol) of 2-tert-butyl-5-(2-methyl-3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)-4H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]thiazol-6(5H)-one 109f, 185 mg (0.5 mmol) of 6-chloro-4-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)-2-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)pyridazin-3(2H)-one 110b, 45.8 mg (0.05 mmol) of tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0), 49.3 mg (0.12 mmol) of 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9-dimethylxanthene (0.596 mmol), 0.67 mL (0.85 mmol) of 1.27 M of potassium phosphate in water, and 10 mL of 1,4-dioxane were reacted to afford 186 mg (60%) of 2-tert-butyl-5-(3-(5-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)-6-oxo-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl)-2-methylphenyl)-4H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]thiazol-6(5H)-one 110c.
