Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Step 1.4 using ethyl 4-((4-chlorophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl)-1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate (Step 28.2) and 3-methylbenzo[d]isoxazol-5-amine (Step 33.3). tR: 5.40 min (HPLC 1); tR: 1.20 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 439 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); Rf=0.77 (CH2Cl2/MeOH 9:1).
