The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Example 1 using 4-((4-chlorophenyl)((1,5-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)amino)methyl)-1-cyclopropyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (Step 43.2) at RT for 30 min. tR: 1.10 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 463 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); Rf=0.43 (CH2Cl2/5% MeOH/1% ammonia); 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.08-1.21 (m, 2H) 1.21-1.37 (m, 2H) 1.89 (s, 3H) 3.33 (s, 3H) 3.87-3.97 (m, 1H) 6.32 (s, 1H) 7.23 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 2H) 7.29-7.39 (m, 3H) 7.68 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1H).
