The title compound was prepared using an analogous procedure to that described in Step 138.2 using tert-butyl 3-(4-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(1,5-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)-3-methyl-6-oxo-5,6-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazol-2(4H)-yl)azetidine-1-carboxylate (Step 138.1 b). tR: 0.61 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 424.1 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2); Rf=0.05 (CH2Cl2/MeOH 9:1).
