Procedure

A solution of the compound Boc (7e) (103 mg, 0.15 mmol) in a mixture of AcOH (1.5 mL) and concentrated HCl (0.75 mL) is stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. The solvent is then evaporated and the residue is taken up in Et2O. The title compound is recovered in the form of white solid (7 g) (85 mg, 90%, Mp 112° C.).

Workup

  1. customThe solvent is then evaporated
  2. customThe title compound is recovered in the form of white solid (7 g) (85 mg, 90%, Mp 112° C.)
