Deprotection of 2-(3-(3-(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutoxy)phenyl)propyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione using hydrazine hydrate following the method described in Example 18 gave Example 32. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.13 (t, J=6.8 Hz, 1H), 6.69-6.73 (m, 3H), 4.28 (brs, 1H), 3.66 (s, 2H), 2.99 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 2H), 2.47-2.55 (m, 4H), 1.45-1.51 (m, 4H), 0.80 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 6H).
