(R)-2-([1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3-yl)-8-(2-(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)-2-methylpropoxy)-6-fluoroquinoline (0.190 g, 0.435 mmol) was added to methanol saturated with HCl and stirred for 30 minutes. The solution was evaporated, DCM was added, and the material triturated and filtered to yield 140 mgs of the desired product as orange solid. MS ESI (+) m/z 397 (M+1) detected.
