2-([1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3-yl)-6-fluoroquinolin-8-ol (0.065 g, 0.25 mmol), cesium carbonate (0.16 g, 0.50 mmol) and tert-butyl 1-oxa-6-azaspiro[2.6]nonane-6-carboxylate (0.068 g, 0.30 mmol) were added to 1 mL of DMF and heated to 72° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was concentrated, and DCM was added to the residue. Solids were removed by filtration and the filtrate was purified on Silica gel using 6% NH4OH in MeOH and DCM to yield 74 mg of the desired product as an off-white foam. MS ESI (+) m/z 490 (M+1) detected.
