tert-Butyl 4-((2-([1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3-yl)quinolin-8-yloxy)methyl)-4-hydroxyazepane-1-carboxylate (0.0039 g, 0.0080 mmol) was treated with a mixture of trifluoroacetic acid and DCM (1:1) for 1 hour. The reaction was concentrated to provide 4 mgs of the desired material as a solid. MS ESI (+) m/z 390 (M+1) detected.
