10% Pd/C (20 mg) was added to a solution of 3-nitro-6-chloro-N-(thiazolo[4,5-c]pyridin-2-ylmethyl)pyridin-2-amine (100 mg, 0.31 mmol) in MeOH (2 mL) and THF (10 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature under 1 atm of H2 for 1 h, and then filtered. The filtrate was concentrated and purified by chromatography on silica gel to afford the title compound. MS (m/z): 292 (M+1)+.
