A solution of tert-butyl 2,6-dichloro-3-nitropyridin-4-ylcarbamate (1.2 g, 3.9 mmol) and quinolin-6-ylmethanamine (616 mg, 3.9 mmol) in CH3CN (15 mL) and Et3N (1 mL) was stirred at 80° C. for 1 h. After cooled to room temperature, the mixture was concentrated. The residue was purified by chromatography to afford the title compound (1.60 g). MS (m/z): 430 (M+1)+.
