Reaction Steps
608 mg (1.13 mmol) (1-{4-[9-Fluoro-4-(methylamino)-3-phenylpyrimido[1,2-b]indazol-2-yl]phenyl}cyclobutyl)carbamic acid tert-butyl ester were treated with 4M hydrogen chloride in dioxane as described in the previous example. Purification by HPLC gave 54.3 mg (10.4%) of the title compound.
