281 mg of the crude (E)-3-[2-(4-{1-[(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)amino]cyclobutyl}phenyl)-3-phenyl-pyrimido[1,2-b]indazol-7-yl]acrylamide were stirred in 15.9 mL 4M hydrogen chloride in dioxane for 18 hours at room temperature as described in example 13 (step 2). After the usual work-up and purification by HPLC 28.5 mg (12.4%) of the title compound were obtained.
